The Challenge

The leadership team was not delivering the results needed to support the exit strategy. The company required new executives and team members who could be developed to achieve the investment thesis, improve performance, and lead the sales process to a successful exit.

Our Solution

We partnered with ownership to realign the organization with a pre-exit hiring strategy. This included placing a new CEO, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Engineering, and Director of IT. We also filled key sales, engineering, and functional roles to strengthen operations and prepare the company for integration with a strategic acquirer.
